After the employee creation system will redirect you in the edit screen so you can add the necessary information.
Note: Few Options like provision period, allow overtime, overtime rate will appear if the company allows them from settings.
Employment Info: The most important section for detecting employee position, salaries, and other facilities. make sure to fill up all required filled. If using an attendance device then add the card number and the device ID will set auto after syncing to the device.
Basic Salary: if you don’t want to use the designation-wise salary rule then declare basic salary here.
Note: Also you can use the basic salary of an individual employee and salary rules for other facilities. there is no conflict.
Overtime Rate: If employees allow overtime then check the allow over time and if the individual rate need then fill the overtime rate or leave it 0. For overtime rate, you can set in salary rule.
